What PayLink is. PayLink is a coordination service. A sender creates a link; the person holding that link and its claim code tells us which payment app they prefer (Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or Zelle) and their handle there; we show that handle to the sender with a pre-filled payment button.

What PayLink is not. We are not a bank, money transmitter, or payment processor. We never hold, receive, or move money. The payment itself happens directly between sender and recipient inside the app the recipient chose, under that app's own terms. Whether and when the sender actually pays is between the two of them.

Your responsibilities. Share the link and its code over different channels and only with your intended recipient. Only claim links from people you know and expect money from. Don't use PayLink for anything unlawful. Verify the handle you enter is really yours — payments sent to a wrong handle generally can't be recovered by anyone.

Expiry. Unclaimed links close automatically after 14 days. A sender may cancel an unclaimed link at any time with their sender key. Nothing is refunded because nothing was ever collected.

Liability. PayLink is provided as-is, free of charge. We exchange payment addresses between consenting people; we are not a party to, and accept no liability for, the payments themselves. To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability is $0.
